We limit the number of clients so we can provide the results expected of us. We offer clients direct access to the principals of our company and need open lines of communications with senior management of our client companies. We conduct due diligence which includes on site visits to meet with management and learn about the client’s business and future plans.
Our client profile is a company who wants to focus on the execution of the business plan. We want clients who understand that investor relations is an ongoing process as opposed to a short term project. We seek companies with compelling business plans, competent management and current or near term profitability. In addition, we seek clients who desire to transition to more senior exchanges. Most importantly, we want clients who understand that our success is dependent on their success in implementing the business plan and growing the business.
To assist our clients in obtaining needed financing, we have an extensive database of criteria-specific potential lenders and investors, including, venture group, small business investment companies, private investment firms, investment banks, merchant banks, broker dealers and OTC market makers.

 AFP - Kuwait has appointed its first independent regulatory body, the Capital Market Authority, to oversee its stock exchange, Commerce Minister Ahmad al-Harun said on Wednesday.
